Pitcairn Island
This tiny island has a most colorful history. In 1789, Captain Bligh of the Bounty was forced adrift when Fletcher Christian and 25 crew members mutinied. These fugitives then settled on the bewitching island of Pitcairn. Over 200 years later, their descendants still thrive in the Pacific paradise.
